RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KBC Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item has a manufacturing fault

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

KBC Fashion reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items purchased during clearance promotions

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Change of mind (color/design difference due to screen variation is not considered a defect)

4. Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 48 hours.

  • Share your order number and clear pictures of the product.

  • After approval, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

If approved:

  • Customers may be required to send the item back.

  • Exchange will be processed after product inspection.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • For damaged or incorrect items, KBC Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For size exchanges (if applicable), the customer may bear courier charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if a replacement product is unavailable.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight color differences due to lighting and screen settings are not considered defects.

  • Unstitched suits cannot be returned once cut or altered.

  • KBC Fashion reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy criteria.
